GPS Tracking
GPS tracking is backed
up by cell-ID based location information, giving you a secondary tracking option where GPS isn’t available. The device is also linked to our national free of charge S.A.R.N (Stolen Asset Recovery Network) so, should you want help recovering your caravan, motorhome or vehicle, our recovery service with a target 1-hour
national response time can be deployed to ensure that your prized possession doesn’t get far.
Stolen Asset Recovery, at your fingertips
In the event of a “Theft” scenario, should you wish to deploy our
professional free of charge recovery operatives, simply press the red “Hold to Recover” icon within the app. You will be prompted by an on screen pop up to confirm the action.
24/7 Recovery (free of charge)
(Once you select “confirm”, visibility of the device will automatically be granted to our Recovery Desk). By selecting confirm, your smart phone will automatically dial our 24/7 Recovery Desk at our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) where we will confirm and verify your name and contact number, together with asking you to confirm certain elements of the security process.
