Can you help if my Caravan/Motorhome or Vehicle is stolen?

Once stolen and reported, our recovery team will track activity until the asset is at a standstill. At that point, a team of recovery operatives will be deployed to locate and secure your caravan / motorhome or vehicle ready for recovery.

How do I report a theft?

Should you be unlucky enough to fall victim to a theft, you can raise the alarm using the Trak+ App simply by pressing the red "Hold To Recover" icon within the App, and you will be connected with our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre.

Can I track the recovery?

In a theft scenario, you have the option of tracking and recovering your asset yourself, or alternatively you can opt to deploy our professional recovery operatives, and once this option has been confirmed, for your own protection, once the alarm is raised, tracking is suspended on your App, and the system goes into private viewing mode. Our operatives are highly trained and experienced in handling what may turn out to be confrontational situations and your safety is paramount, along with the securing of your stolen asset.

How do I order?

Can I see the Tracking / Live Location Data?

Once your order is placed, you will be provided with a login to the Trak+ App which will allow you to track the device and raise the alarm in the event of a theft.

Is there a charge for recovery

Our recovery service is free of charge to members.
